Error in Http Request call of a SOAP service.

Issue Description: Error related with an HTTP request, the request is working in Postman using a different proxy than the machine proxy. When tried to call the service via UiPath, the status is 0 and the response is empty. On trying to change the proxy.config file and trying to change the uipath.config to bypass, error is thrown .

  • Cannot connect to external SOAP service from airgapped VM.
The proxy requires authentication but Studio 20.10 does not support authenticated proxy.




Resolution:

There are two possible solutions:

  1. Upgrade Studio to a version that supports authenticated proxy, then configure the uipath.config file to use the auth proxy
  1. Obtain a proxy host that does not use authentication and add it in the proxy.config file of Studio 20.10.
