Error in Excel application scope

I am getting below error when “Excel application scope” activity is running.
Can you suggest to solve the same.

Hello.

Try upgrading the .NET Framework on the machine to 4.5 or 4.6

This is in reference to some discussion found Here

Hope that was the problem. If not, you can do further research on the “missingmethodexception” online.
