Error in assistant "This command is not available when excel is sandboxed"

When running a bot in assistant, an end user received this error on activity Save Excel File As:
“This command is not available when Excel is sandboxed.”
They are able to run other bots with excel with no errors

Is the user running the process in Picture in Picture mode or the processing marked to run in PIP?

No it was not being run in PIP.

Looks like excel has enabled with sandbox mode which block some actions.

If you are using excel activities, then Can you try using workbook activities which works in background ?

Okay @charlotte.e in that case you can try updating excel activity package to latest possible version.

Also check if the file have some specific settings or security enabled which resulting in starting excel in protected mode.

May I know if the file is created or a downloaded one?

also even if you use save excel option from use excel file properties you are still facing the error? if not this can be an alternative before you resolve the save as

It is downloaded and then saved as using the save excel file as step

Is copy file not working?

Also when downloaded are you attaching to existing session of the excel
