While accessing SAML-enabled Automation Cloud account from IdP dashboard, the error "Identity Provider Initiated SSO is not allowed (#234)" is observed. How can this be resolved?
Issue: While accessing SAML-enabled Automation Cloud account from IdP dashboard, error "Identity Provider Initiated SSO is not allowed (#234)" is observed. How to enable navigation to Automation Cloud from the IdP dashboard?
Resolution:
- Enable 'Allow unsolicited authentication response' option in Automation Cloud settings. Once enabled, Automation Cloud can be accessed from the IdP dashboard.
