The main problem is that we cannot extract information from the snowflake, if there is more than 1 raw as for my process requirend hundrets or thousends row.

when there is 1 row, I do not have any issue but when there is more I cannot extract…

What are you using to perform this function?
Integration Service, HttPRequest?
What activity are you using?

Some api’s are designed in such a way that if they have nothing to return, even if the response is valid, returns a 500 status code.

Is that the case here?
