Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call COM component issue

Hi All,

I am getting the [Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call COM component] when i click the Oracle application . I checked the configuration of the system for Microsoft .Net is 4.7.2 . and chrome extension has been enabled as well. I have restarted the system but i am getting the same error again. Please guide me what is the issue and how to solve this.?

Is it because of Java installation required or any other issue ?
