Error getting transaction data - how to investigate this message?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that some transactions are failing in prod with the error message:

Error getting transaction data for Transaction Number: 320. The operation has timed out. at Source: Get transaction item

I’m not really sure where to start troubleshooting this. The message appears on approximately 1 of 300 transactions, all created by the same dispatcher for the same process.

@rpa_jay I guess you are on enterprise version of orchestrator. There is a lag between API call that might be due to any reason… Network latency.

Either increase the time out or look for event logs on your orchestrator server.
