Error getting transaction data for Transaction Number: 258. Server has been shutdown at Source: Get transaction item

What does “Server has been shutdown” covers?
We are using Ochestrator in the cloud, and I can think of 2 possibilities.

  1. The Robot lost internet connection
  2. UiPath Orchestrator had a very temporary breakdown?

But for whatever reason it doesn’t make sense to me.
Can I find a log on what could have been the exact reason?

14: 43: 34.5804 Error {
“message”: “Get transaction item: Server has been shutdown”,

“organizationUnitId”: 145231,
“fileName”: “GetTransactionData”,

}

I forgot to mention that my interface in Orchestrator has just changed aswell, perhaps it could be a coincidence?!
