Error during some actions: Desktop has been disconnected while performing UI actions

Hi people…

I’m using UIPath 2019.4.3 for this case I want to exposed. I have some robots that most of times the robots execute fine, but some times the execution throws the following error:

Send Hotkey ‘SysListView32’: Desktop has been disconnected while performing UI actions.

Can you update the solution based on the Uipath version I have?

Hi @jpuertau,

This ‘Desktop has been disconnected while performing UI actions’ usually occurs when the robot disconnects from the server.

It might have happened because Server disconnection, RDP session disconnection, etc.,
