Error connecting to Uirobot service -

Hi all,

I’m working on a virtual machine and normally the UiRobot service is running and the icon in the system tray appears green (“Connected and licensed”).

However, every 7 days the UiRobot service disconnects and the icon in the system tray appears orange (“Error connecting to UiRobot service”).

Then, I have to access the list of Local Services in the Control Panel and start manually the service again.

Someone knows why this happens?

Is there any specific day on which this happens? Please check with your IT team if they have any job running which clears these settings for external services on a particular interval.
