Error connecting to uipath 2019.7.0 robot service

Hi,

I have recently updated my studio from 2018 to 2019.7.0 and i have trouble executing workflows created on another machine which has studio 2019.7.0. I have encountered a block mentioning “Unable to start execution”. I figured it might be due to the fact I have not configured uipath robot on my machine. And when I attempted to set up uipath robot and register to my orchestrator, I’m not even allowed to access URL and machine keys fields.

Edit: I have already referred to the threads on here, but none of the tips or solutions mentioned in them are working for me.

I followed all your Steps except reinstalling the studio. If you have gone through with that, did it fix the issue for you?
