I am getting an error while running the bot using Document Understanding template. Request your support on how to resolve the issue
Project Settings is read only for me, so I cannot make any changes to Project Settings → Workflow Analyzer

It looks like your company is enforcing Workflow Analyzer before Run through Automation Ops.
Could you check these settings to verify:
You should try to comply with the rules or take a dialog with the team enforcing these rules, to exclude irrellevant rules for your proces.

Indeed the Default Document Understanding Template from UiPath is not Workflow Analyzer compliant.
Personally I think its an awful template, over engineered, clunky and confusing. All unneccessarily so.
I’d advocated for a fresh template (or set of templates) in line with a process orchestration approach but I didnt get so far, perhaps its something that can be looked at now again with the focus on products like Maestro as the default DU template doesn’t fit well into that mindset at all in my opinion.
TLDR, don’t use that template, you’ll find it easier to just build a custom linear workflow from scratch.

Looking at the screenshot you shared, I can tell governance policy is enabled for you.
To verify, can you please go to studio backstage view → help-> you will see below screen. Please verify if there is anything specified next to “Company Policy:” ? If its None, no policy is applied to you, if its not, you have the policy applied to you with the name that’s shown over there.
Once you have found, so and so policy applies to you, please reach out to your RPA admin, check with them around same.
Usually, I would consider creating a separate profile for DU template related items and uncheck the rules that interfere with same for the time being.

Company policy is enabled
Thats why its disabled for you. You would need to check with you RPA admin to bypass you or create an additional policy for DU specific users/templates where these rules are put in warning state and have that applied to you.
That way, it wont block your working, just only show as warning there.
