Error code 1900

I have a licence and it was working before the last update but today i cant connect to my assistant i have this error : error 1900

Hi, @Soudios Check Orchestrator → Admin → Tenant → Licenses: Verify that RPA Developer licenses are available and allocated to your tenant.

Confirm Mapping: Make sure your user is assigned the Automation Developer (or RPA Developer) role—and is mapped to the correct folder.

If the problem continues after these checks, share a screenshot of your Orchestrator Licenses page and user/folder mapping for precise troubleshooting

@arjun.shiroya

Both your Automation Developer licenses are taken. Free up one by removing it from another user then assign yourself.

here i need to have local studio not web

@Soudios,

Assign Automation Developer Named user license to your user id and re login into the assistant.

To get Studio (local) with Automation Developer license:

Go to Orchestrator → Manage Access.

Click your user and check “Robot Type”. Change or add to “Automation Developer” and make sure it’s set for local Studio use, not just attended or web.

Assign the free Automation Developer license.

Restart UiPath Assistant. It’ll connect with Studio (local).

this is what i have now but its not working

Double-check you’re assigned “Automation Developer” (not just attended) under Manage Access. Log out and restart Assistant. If still stuck, remove and re-add your user with the right license.

@arjun.shiroya
i need to remove it from admin page or in orchestrator ?

@Soudios

Go to assistant and relogin

Also are you logged in from multiple devices? If so other device might be consuming the license

Cheers

@Anil_G
i reloged but the same error, no i am connected from 1 device, can i check if i am logged somewhere else ?

@Soudios

If you go to machines under tenants in orchestrator you would see which are connect and not..please check

Cheers

@Anil_G

i don’t understand what is the issue

@Soudios

Looks liek ypu created more users

In the new license they introduced number of users limit as well may be that might be creating an issue

Alternately try to give automation dveeloper license to user..remove other roles and see when you give it shpuld consume the license from the license page

Cheers
