Error code: 1503

I am getting the below error and I am not sure what the issue is, or how to connect asset to robot.

Check whether ur bot is provisioned with ur machine in the Orchestrator
and Did u declare the asset in the Orchestrator…???

I’m getting this error when i use the second account in Attended robot.

When i use the first user no problem do get the information. But with the second user i get this error: Error code: 1503
