this issue can appear for more than one reason like below:

  1. Column Name Not Recognized
  2. Case-Sensitive Column Name
  3. Read Range Without Headers

so my recommendation is to check below cases:

  1. Open your Excel file and verify the exact column name, including any spaces or special characters.
  2. Ensure that the Add Headers checkbox is checked in the Read Range activity. This allows the first row of the Excel sheet to be treated as column names.
  3. Reference the Column Name Correctly in the DataTable
