Error: Anchorbase: Activity timedout exceeded

Hi All,

I am getting this like error

Error: Anchorbase: Activity timedout exceeded

So if there’s a solution please let me know as soon as possible.

It means the bot was not able to recognise the anchor base activity in the set timeframe .

Possible reasons could be :

  1. The process was too quick to find the activity even before the activity loaded.
  2. The element does not exist.

There could be other reasons too.

  1. The window or browser to which this activity is applied must be open and available in the foreground.
  2. The window or browser must be attached first before this operation is performed.
  3. For the Find Image - ensure you only choose the label.
  4. Check for the occurence of “Case Status” (If this is the first occurence)
    Here is an example of how to do it with the rpachallenge.com

I first use the “Attach Browser” activity and indicate it to the “rpachallenge.com”
Then I use the “Find image” activity to find the Last Name
Then a “Type Into” activity to type the info in.

I think it is the “Stage of Case” you are referrin to.
Please can you try with The Anchor base Find image as “Stage of Case” and then use a Get Full text to get the text from the Column to teh right.
