A role/group with Studio access (e.g., Automation Developers).
Remove the license assignment and reassign it, then wait a few minutes for synchronization.
Ask the user to:
Sign out of Studio completely.
Delete local Studio cache if needed.
Sign in again using the correct Automation Cloud account.
Check whether the user account is active and not blocked/disabled in the organization directory (Azure AD/Identity provider).
In Automation Cloud Admin → Licenses, confirm there are available named-user licenses and that the license is not assigned multiple times or stuck in an invalid state.
If the issue persists, it is likely a backend license synchronization problem. Open a UiPath Support ticket and provide:
Organization: Unad
Tenant: DefaultTenant
User: Raúl Eduardo Bolaños Muñoz
Error: NoUserSessionException: User license disabled
Login into the Orchestrator and check if you have Automation Developer - Named User or Pro license allocated to your id. If not, get the license allocated and this should be fixed.
Please check if the user has an active license assigned in Automation Cloud. Even if the license is assigned to the Automation Developers group, try removing and reassigning the license directly to the user, then sign in again.
Reinstalling Studio/Robot usually won’t fix a “User license disabled” error if the issue is on the licensing side.
