However, I tried with my friends’ credentials for him it’s working. Looks like the user issue

Our events platform has updated some steps in the registration flow and people who do not have their name and surname in the community events platform profile receive this error. You can update your profile on www.community.uiapth.com by clicking on the picture in the upper right corner and editing it. Alternatively, if you tell me the emails address you are trying to register with, I can help you.
