I opened the url through my personal computer where it doesn’t have a proxy and it doesn’t work either.
In the afternoon, the url was stable.
And I had no more problems.

Indeed, there was an issue on the myget.org which you can check on http://status.myget.org/.
We really don’t like single points of failure though. We’ll come up with a plan to mitigate this issue in the future.
