Error 406 when Sign up UiGo

When I tried to sign up UiGo, I got the following message:

This page isn’t working

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

First of all, a warm Welcome to the UiPath Forum.

Error 406 can be caused either by the client side or by server side.
If its from server side you can’t do much about it.
But if its from client(your) side, possibly that could be fixed by trying one (or more) of the following :

  1. Check the Requested URL, try navigating through google. In your case this URL does not seem OK. Try signing-in using (by clicking at “Login/Sign Up” at top right corner of the page)

  2. If you recently updated the content management system itself just before the 406 Not Acceptable appeared, you may want to consider rolling back to the previous version you had installed when things were working fine.

  3. Uninstall New Extensions, Modules, or Plugins

Hope it works for you.


Tried both URL with Chrome and Edge, same error.

For 2 & 3, I didn’t update/install those recently. How to check these if I install them unintentionally?

Seems that problem is on your side.

please clear your cache once and then try singing-up with
But before that check that you are not already registered by using “forgot password” option in “Login” page

Lets see if this gets you through.


The error first came up after I filled in the form and pressed the SIGN UP button.
After reboot my PC, clearing cache, I can see the log in page again.

The error came up again when I pressed the SIGN IN button.

Will try on another PC later.

Problem solved.

Using “forgot password” option, found out the previous registration failed. So sign up again and log in successfully.
