Hello UiPath Team,
I recently created a ‘UiPath Community account’ but I cannot access ‘AI Center’.
When I go to ‘Admin’ → ‘Licenses’, it only shows the ‘Community plan’ and does not give me the option to start the ‘Enterprise (Pro) Trial’.
I also tried the “Need more services? Upgrade to access more — try it free for 60 days” option, but it redirects me without activating the trial.
Since the ‘Contact Sales’ form requires a business email, I am unable to request the Enterprise Trial via that route.
Could you please help me by provisioning an ‘Enterprise Trial tenant’ for my account so that I can explore and learn ‘AI Center’?

Follow these steps to activate your Enterprise Trial License and enable AI Center:
- Open the Product Launcher in UiPath Cloud and go to Admin.
- In the Admin page, select Licenses and activate the Enterprise Trial License by filling in the required details.
- Open the Default Tenant, navigate to Services, and click Add Services.
- Choose the service you want to add (e.g., AI Center).

I followed the exact steps you have mentioned, but I still haven’t been able to get the enterprise trial edition.
In Step 2 (In the Admin page, select Licenses and activate the Enterprise Trial License by filling in the required details.), I dint get any option to activate the enterprise trial license.
Are you trying to get the enterprise trial license using your personal email address?
Yes, I dont have a company mail ID
You need a business email address to activate pro trial license

Is there any workaround to be able to provide the enterprise trial as I do not have a business email address. I am currently preparing for the Specialized AI Professional certification and needed access to AI center, to gain some hands on experience. I’d really appreciate your help.
You can raise a support ticket with UiPath for your queries, and their support team will assist you.
As far as I know, there’s no workaround to activate the UiPath Pro Trial using a personal email address.
To create a ticket, go to the UiPath Cloud homepage and click on the Help link.

There is no problem trial now. You can try Standerd plan which is more of like pro trial but this will require business email id. With personal email id won’t work.
Here is the trial start link. Just enter your business email id and create an organisation to get started.
