Environment.ExitCode how to use and run process in any machine

I am working on REFW and I need to use it based one the machine availability,

while i am trying to run getting exception at location for the file even if the file is from the same proces.

i heard that by using environment we use in any machine, like below,

But i dont want ot use Get environment activity
