As the the title states, For Each loops keeps reseting itself once you make any changes to the name of variables inside it, annotations, chaning the title on the loop itself, type arguments.
Everything goes back to as if you drag a brand new one in to your workflow.
This does not happen with windows legacy compatbility processes and it happens on several windows compatibility processes on different installations of studios on different computers/vdi:s
They also have a tendency to copy themselves, eg you make some changes to your one For Each loop and all of a sudden you have 2 or 3 or 4 versions of that loop inside your workflow
