Endpoints for Document Understanding give back "410 Gone" error message

When I click on the endpoints for document understanding on this page (About Licensing) e.g. https://du.uipath.com/svc/formextractor, then I get an error message:
GET is no longer supported on the index of the service. If your intention was to get a ping use /ping

Does anyone know what’s the cause and how to solve it? I assume that’s the reason why the formextractor doesn’t seem to work…i have set it up but it yields no results…(throws no error when running…but validation station shows that none of the fields were found)…

the endpoints do not respond to GET calls…

Pls make sure you actually configure a formextractor end to end (create a template, set up some fields, make sure you use the Configure Extractors of Data Extraction Scope to activate your extractor instance), and try testing … it should work .
