Enable runtime toggle for debug control buttons

Hi Team,

During the debug run, the buttons to control the run are disabled and can only be accessed outside of runtime.

There should be a way to allow users to enable/disable these buttons during runtime.

For example, I am running a complex process and then, in between, I need to toggle the buttons; otherwise, I have to reset the whole run.

I also don’t understand why these are turned off during the debug, specially the Continue On Exception.
