Enable Accept Jobs Option is not available in "Cloud Robot - VM"

Hello everyone,

I’m currently using a UiPath Pro Trial License for Automation Cloud, and I’ve set up a new machine of the “Cloud Robot - VM” type. Everything seems to be working fine, as I can enable Remote Desktop access. However, I’m facing an issue with the “Accept Jobs” function. In the “More Options” section, I can’t seem to find the option to enable “Accept Jobs.”

The problem is that I want to initiate a job on this new VM to test whether our processes can run smoothly. Currently, when I start a job from the Modern Folder, the job status remains “Pending.” I suspect this is because the new VM isn’t able to accept jobs.

Could someone please guide me on how to enable the “Accept Jobs” function for this VM? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanks for the reply but I have already reviewed this document and followed all the steps to create a new machine, but “Accept Jobs” function is still not available.
