Hi, in the debugging lesson, the “Employee Information” form is used, but I can’t find it. Could you please send me the link?

Hey @gizem.guzeloglu It’s also possible that the “Employee Information” form is part of a demo project shared by UiPath as an example, but it might not be available as a direct download. * Use UiPath Forms or a Windows Forms to simulate the “Employee Information” form.
You can also use the UiPath Forms Activity Pack to create a form dynamically within UiPath Studio. * Go to Manage Packages in UiPath Studio.

  • Install the UiPath.Form.Activities package.
    example
    Use the Create Form activity to design a form for collecting employee information
    Use the Display Form activity to show the form to the user.

More details or some screenshots would help

Also generally if it is an academy lession then any required material is included as zip at the start of the course please check the same

Sometimes the form might be created in a different course too and reused hereif its a continued learning
