Use Case Description
Employee Nomination Update is a Use-Case in which the HR team does a employee details update in the system which is to allow highest Employee satisfaction.
Problem:
The HR team gets a huge amount of employee details update request leading to an hassle and leading to SLA breach for the HR team. Now it can leading to both adding new employee or updating the old information of employee.
Solution:
The HR team created a pre-defined form for all employee that require them to fill up information such as Name, Age, Date Of Birth, Date Of Marriage, Parents Name, Wife Name and other necessary details as per the company policy. The forms after proper check on bot end is added/updated into multiple portals of HR making the task and life for HR easy. This also leads to decrease in manual error possible.
Once record is updated the employee and the HR responsible for the employee gets the email that the update has been done successfully and also with what was changed or updated as requested from the employee.
