I can access an application online. When I click on “add new collaborator” it is okay. However when I click the Name field, uipath does not recognize the selection. What should I do???

could you specify how you mean “does not recognize the selection” and what is happening? The selector keeps failing? You are getting error messages such as “UiElement is no longer valid”? Is this part of the window somehow recognized as a block without detecting separate elements? Please describe…
Maybe consider using UiExplorer and doing a partial or dynamic selector. If it truly is impossible that way, try an Anchor Base https://activities.uipath.com/docs/anchor-base.
