remove double quotes for Date

try with <img src="“C:\Molex\SUFFvsINSUFF” + Date.Now.ToString(“ddMMyy”)+".png"">

use a assign activity like this
str_source = “C:\Molex\SUFFvsINSUFF”+Date.Now.ToString(“ddMMyy”)+".png"

Then node should be like
"<img src="+""""+str_source.ToString+""""+">"

Is SUFFvsINSUFF this first part of the file name?

Yes , it would be like SUFFvsINSUFF26112019.png

write body(String) in a single line. It wont show validation error.
