Ensure Outlook is open and online, set the correct Account and MailFolder in the “Get Outlook Mail Messages” activity, and restart Outlook if needed.

while using desktop version of outlook the sync of emails might take sometime so we need to make sure outlook is opened and synced before using those activities
to avoid these it is advised to use imap,o365,gmail activities directly instead of outlook which rely on api and wont get effected with sync issues
