Email to Orchestrator

Is there a way to use the orchestrator to show how emails are being sent out?

Not sure I fully understand what’s being asked here. Are these emails that you want to see, the ones Orchestrator sends out for errors etc, or some emails that your automation sends?

Is there a way to use the orchestrator to show how emails are being sent out? Using this for a demo so it would be for me to show someone steps the bost is taking instead of just dragging the exchange workflow.

Usually orchestrator sends us email to the registered email in orchestrator, when the bot fails or gets terminated when a job is run…

Again , orchestrator can manage bots, schedule them, monitor them, get the log details, store assets, handle large data sets using queues and transactions
anyhow…here comes your solution…you can download the log from the orchestrator to send the user how the bot proceeds from the beginning and till how it ends…

In your workflow you can add the Raise Alert activity with a custom message and specified severity. You could set the severity to “Info” and make the message “Email sent” or whatever you prefer.

Then in Orchestrator the alert will show up. You can click the bell icon in the top right of Orchestrator to access Alerts.
