I have an paragraph with an email id, I need to take only email did from that paragraph.

How about to create outlook rules to move target e-mail inbox to other folder that is target folder for Robot? I think it much easier.

I’ve tried making a workflow to sort my emails, based off sender or subject but it’s simpler to just create rules in Outlook as suggested by @Jumbo
