Email download attachments

I´m trying to download a file from my mail but without enter on it, just knowing the name file as a variable and then … well i don´t know how to do next ! some advice??

Get the emails in mail message data table … loop the data table and check which email you want to download … if email is found use save attachment activity to download the attachment.

It shows a error, object reference not set to an instance of an object,i tried other kind of variables but still same error.
I am new at this language style.
