Email Download and save attachment

Hello Team

I am trying to download the attachment in email and read that file, then on the behalf of that attachment i want to entries into application, but issue is in every email excel sheet entries will be changed, can you please help me how to download that file and on every change file will use to enteries into application

Entries will change for every file in the sense column position will change for every file or anything else will change.

Could you please tell more details for better understanding.
