Email Dispatcher to Queue Items

Hi Guys,

I have an issue adding items to my queue from a Virtual Machine.

Please see the attached workflow.

Sometimes this works. But other times it doesn’t, with no errors or faults, simply doesn’t seem to read the mail but only sometimes?

Any thing anyone can spot which would cause this inconsistency? Have tried different folders in Outlook. This seems to be the pain point. Works perfect always locally but VM causing to only work sometimes…
