I want to extract the outlook email body only e.g.
Only this:

A claimant expresses frustration and warns of further action if feedback is not received soon, describing the situation as disappointing and disrespectful. (Captioned by AI)

However it also extracts the footnote of the email: this -

follow these steps
use get outlook mail message
use for each
and inside the for each
use 1 assign activity - and pass - item.body

If your email id standerd templated one, you can find tag which is holding this footnote and skip that.

If no standerd format, you will have to use a complex logic to get end of the message. This will be unreliable.

If the format is same always then can use regards as a keyword and split on it to get only the body.

If its not same then use the footer data to split so that if it is present is removed

If even that is not constant or same across emails then we need some samples to observe any pattern and use it
