Email attachments are not downloaded

Good morning Experts, I have created workflow to download the attachments from gmail. But it is not downloading the attachment also no bugs in sequence. Please assist on this.

Are we using save attachments activity to download the attachments?

And also check whether the mail is having the attachments are not
