Email Attachment Buried In Auto Forwarded Email

I have a problem where the file I need to save is buried as an attachment in an email that has been attached to another email via auto forwarding.

The attachment I need is three emails back. Any ideas on how I would save this email? I tried Save Attachments but that just saves the last layer of the forwarded email.

After saving the attachment using save attachments …then the .msg file can be read and attachment can be saved using the below approach…please check this
