Has anyone configured an email alert in On-premises Orchestrator if a process has been pending for more than a specified period of time?

It depends on which version of Orchestrator you are using, for the newer ones there is an inbuild option as below

If you are not using latest version then you need build a process using Orchestrator API’s so that it can monitor the jobs and depend upon your time mentioned you can trigger a email, but this need to be created by your own
