Element disappears after delay when performing click on webpage

Hi devs, Please I want to click on a dropdown but after delaying for 3 seconds the element was no longer visible from the dropdown, How do I resolve this please

Use Get Full Text and

Select Item and Pass the Variable through Select Item in selctor

Hello @stanstilo

Does that mean the dropdown is getting closed after 3 seconds? If yes, can you provide a delay for the clicking of drop down as 1 sec and then use click Text activity.
