Upon recent studio upgrade to version 2023.6.1 it broke the Element Appear activity.
Development with new Element Appear activity or existing activity is very difficult with each click prompting the error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Simply creating a blank new project with an Element Appear acitivity will prompt the error, right after release of the mouse button upon adding the activity.
This has been reported…and in the mean time try using check appstate with wait for visible option

I reported this twice, right when it came out, the very same day as “important” bug, since they did not fix I reported again as critical about 2 minutes ago. it would be nice if they fix this before my exam which is pretty soon (this month) so I can test it.
