Elasticsearch is required to use insights?

Hi there, elastic is not required for Insights use! We use a totally different backend.

But while creating new dashboard its showing ElastiCube server and connections.

Yes elasticsearch and ElastiCube are actually totally separate technologies. However it looks like the installer didn’t create the cube for you. I would suggest filing a ticket with our support team.
