Editing Word form

Hi,
I need to copy data from mainframe window and paste it in a word form.The Fields will remain same(like Name, Plan no, Claim no). I have to write data in front of the fields like Name.Type into is not working as it’s reading the whole file when i am using indicate on screen. Kindly advise
