Edit UiRobot.exe.config under UiPath installation folder

Can anyone help us on this
In the step ,(We are follwing steps in this URL- Read me)

Edit UiRobot.exe.config under UiPath installation folder and uncomment the REST endpoint!
Can you tell where to get this link from - http://127.0.0.1:8080/UiPath/service/agent
Also, the port number 8080 - is it specific or generic for each machine
