eDirectory Authentication not working for me

I’ve recently started using UiPath to do general tasks that can be automated
eDirectory Auth isn’t working with the username format
Neither novell.admin or admin.novell or cn=admin,o=novell works

Any suggestions, am I doing this wrong?

Welcome to UiPath forum

Typically, it follows the format “cn=username,o=organization” for eDirectory. Make sure you have the correct format and that the user account has the necessary permissions.

So I’m using cn=admin,o=novell(default admin username) but then I get this error
The given key ‘rootDomainNamingContext’ was not present in the dictionary
