We’ve got some exciting news that celebrates what our UiPath Community Forum is all about: sharing, helping, and growing together in the AI-powered automation era.
Starting April 2025, if you reach 40 solutions in a single month, you’ll be rewarded in our Monthly Forum Rewards with something extra special:
A FREE UiPath Certification VOUCHER of your choice if you are one of the winners who reach the threshold! That’s right – it’s our way of giving back more to those who give so much.
Currently, there are 10 types of certifications vouchers you can choose from, and more will be added as new ones become available. We’re just getting started!

Whether you’re a seasoned problem-solver or just starting out, this is your chance to:
Not sure where to start with? You can use this query to quickly list all unanswered topics from the past 48 hours. Simply open the report page, click the button and help each other out.
Let’s continue to grow, support each other, and give back TOGETHER, as a Community!
So I can have 40 solutions unrelated to AI and then request, and get, the Specialized AI Professional certification? This makes no sense to me, and greatly undermines the meaning and value of these certifications.
Also, I ran that report and it returns just one topic from the last 48 hours. Not sure how anyone could get to 40 solutions that way.
Hi @postwick just to clarify, this is a certification voucher, not the certification itself, sorry if confusing [i just amended in the subject not to confuse ppl]. It’s something we’ve offered in the past as a reward for winners, so this approach isn’t entirely new. That said, your feedback is really helpful in making sure the standards remain meaningful and fair for everyone involved .
True, the report is probably the easiest entry point, especially for newer participants and I took this opportunity to highlight this, but it’s also quite limited if that’s the only source being used. When I checked the Help category myself earlier, I noticed some topics that are over 48 hours old and don’t appear in the report and are unanswered. I also saw plenty of replies where community members had provided helpful solutions, but the original posters hadn’t marked them as accepted.
That got me thinking, it might be worth adding a query to surface all unanswered topics that are more than 48 hours old, we will brainstorm to see if can be an added value. On top of that, maybe we could introduce a extra gentle reminder/notification (to the one we are already sending) for original posters to review responses and mark one as a solution if it fits. That would help improve overall visibility and encourage more community engagement and recognition in the same time.
Also, just to note, last month we had around 250 solutions submitted, so I’m confident that there will be enough qualified contributions for the vouchers. I’d expect at least a few participants to reach the 40-solution threshold, meaning we’ll likely have at least 2–3 people eligible to win the certification vouchers, on top of what we already provide as rewards. thank you
Oh that makes more sense LOL thank you for the clarification.
I think the report would be useful if it just showed all unsolved topics that are not locked, ordered by latest first. Unfortunately there are a lot of topics that are solved but people never mark them solved.
Oh @postwick, this is such a great example of what makes our community special . I love how quickly we jump in to clarify confusion or troubleshoot issues here, in the Forum. Amazingly, we often have responses within 5 minutes of someone posting, that kind of responsiveness is rare and so appreciated .
Huge thanks for your thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate it and will consider it as we continue improving the experience of navigating the Forum. It’s input like yours that helps us grow and evolve together.
I’m loving the brainstorming session that is happening here
I’ll have a look at the logic of the report to clarify things and improve it. I think it needs some tweaks.
We can certainly make more queries as well, but I think the issue pointed out here is the core one:
And @V_Roboto_V is on the right track. I am working on an Agentic Process to allow us to use our Maestro to monitor the lifecycle of the forum topics (and in turn allow us to agentify the experience and indeed do things like detecting the right solution on topics with some replies).
From my initial tests, it is quite exciting. I just need to find the time to work on it
I think getting to 40 solutions in one month is not feasible. That’s 2 per business day. Do you have any data that shows anyone has ever done that? Maybe a better solution would be that you take the top 5 solvers each month or something like that.
Those are indeed impressive numbers and also surprising. I’m just not sure how many of us will ever get close to that because we aren’t, and can’t be, spending that much time on the forums.
But there are Community events and Partner Programs, that can get you a Free Voucher. Which do not require a month of dedication on Forum. Well, at least that’s what I feel.
Just a small update - I updated the queries with some missing categories for the filtering condition, so that the most relevant topics will show up.
But to clarify - the queries only list topics within a subset of forum categories, such as the entire Help section (and a few others), but not all of them (for example, the Feedback section is completely excluded).
Apart from that, we will think of ways to increase the rate of solutions being marked because there are certainly enough topics where the author receives a solution to facilitate this initiative.
