Dynamic user input and get data value from excel spread sheet

I have an user input dyanmically from a list of group i want to fetch value form excel what to do for instance
user input is x then is should fech value of col b and col c ie 12 , 23
Col A | Col B | Col C
x |12 | 23
y |56 |75

any idea will help me out
