Dynamic Search on web page

Hi Team,

We have few item list in web page and we need to search particular items .If we found particular item on web page available then proceed action else action B.

We use text exits but it work some when page not get refresh. Please suggest what activity and how we go in this.

what makes the text exist there and not working?
try to check the edit selector, are there keywords that always change?
if so you can change it to all with attribute (*)
