Dynamic range table in excel

1. In excel, there is a dynamic table values. How to extract values A=FY22, B=5/1/2022 , C=15.2, D=88000 from next row.

I have tried using excel lookup range to get cell value of A, B, C and D but unable to get logic to extract respective values from next row.

2. What if number of rows are duplicate then how to identify duplicate rows —> Use lookup range to identify cell location of A. Utilize read range activity to export values in data table and then find duplicates rows using filter data table activity.

Use Read Range to get all the data into a datatable and work from the datatable.
